The proposed four-story structure features ground-level commercial units ideal for retail shops, cafés, or professional services, while the upper floors include modern residential apartments with private balconies and expansive windows. The design blends red brick at the base with light gray siding above, creating a warm, approachable aesthetic that balances urban style with neighborhood comfort.
